Guide
How to export yourGoodreads library.
To export your Goodreads library, open goodreads.com in a web browser, go to My Books, choose Import and export under Tools, then press Export Library. Goodreads prepares a CSV file of every book on your shelves, with your ratings and the dates you read them, and shows a link to download it when it is ready. The Goodreads phone app cannot export, so use a browser.
Export from Goodreads
- Open goodreads.com in a browser on your phone or computer and sign in.
- Open My Books.
- Under Tools, choose Import and export.
- Press Export Library. When the file is ready, a link to it appears on the same page. Download it. It is a CSV file.
Import it into Readimo
- Open Readimo and go to Settings, then Import your library (or Library, then +, then Import).
- Choose Goodreads and pick the file you downloaded.
- Readimo matches each book, puts it on the right shelf, and keeps your rating and read date. Check the list and press Import.
Coming from StoryGraph or Fable?
Readimo imports those too: choose StoryGraph or Fable in the same place.

A CSV with every book on your shelves: title, author, ISBN, your rating, the shelf, the date read and the date added, among other columns.
